FAQ

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Orders, visits, payments and new shops are saved on the phone and sent automatically when signal returns. Nothing is removed from the phone until the server confirms it has it.

Do my reps need to install anything?

No app store download. They open the link in their phone browser and add it to the home screen. It works on Android phones and iPhones.

Can I bring my existing products and customers?

Yes. Fill in our Excel templates and import them. You see every row checked before anything is saved.

Who can see our cost prices?

Only your admins. Reps and managers see selling prices. This is enforced inside the database, not just hidden on the screen.

How much does it cost?
